June Bug

A few days shy of my 24th birthday, Brett and I found out we are expecting another baby!  Our newest member is due June 16, 2012!  We are super excited and hoping I carry this baby and he or she gets to come home with us.  This pregnancy has been a lot different from the previous one so we are hopeful! Today, I am 6 weeks and 1 day, and the "morning" sickness has kicked in full time.  If this means our little one is fine, I welcome it! We go back to the doctor on Oct. 31st to see how our little June Bug is doing.

Picking up the Pieces

It has been awhile since I have posted.  It has been hard for me to even come back to the blog because I should be posting about the pregnancy.  The title of our blog is The Holsomback's, and we are still The Holsomback's baby or not.  The last couple of months have been filled with bad news, but it looks like things are finally taking a turn for the better!  Last Thursday, I got a call from Walnut Hill (the elementary school that I attended and the school I student taught at).  The principal wanted me to come by and talk to him.  He gave me a job teaching 5th grade!  I am so excited and grateful because I absolutely love this school.  The principal is such a great man, and the staff already feels like family.  Brett and I are also in the process of buying our first home!  Exciting but stressful!  I am so grateful to be where we are at this time! We are lucky to have these blessings and family to support us.
